The Departed
I worked as an extra in this Martin Scorsese movie. My scene is a little more than half way through, when Martin Sheen is walking to the subway. Martin Sheen and I are also shown in a still photo on the scene selections of the DVD. All I had to say way, "Mr. Scorsese, I'm ready for my close-up!" Santa Claus in Baghdad
I donned a hajib and appear in this movie as a shopper in the bookmarket scene in this local production by RA Visions. The movie is based on a short story form the 2005 book "Figs and Fate: Stories About Growing Up in Arab Society Today." Read more here: http://www.metrowestdailynews.com/archive/x1795702283 . Bellydance in Boston
I am featured in this documentary which was made by fellow dancer, Nefertiti. This film focuses on the inside stories of local [Boston] belly dancers discussing their unique paths toward a shared passion. The interviews are edited wit h live dance footage. Dance Complex, a Documentary

The Women
A step up here, to featured extra, in this Hollywood production which is a remake of the 1939 movie. I got to work with Annette Benning, Meg Ryan, Debra Messing, Eva Mendez, Candace Bergen, Jada Pinkett Smith and director Diane English. Let the Music Do the Talking
