The Boston Chapter of the Northeast Belly Dance Association, along with guest dancers from the area, are presenting a fundraiser for the MA Humane Society. There will also be raffles, door prizes, vending and, for an additional charge, a workshop with Najmat. *Members: $5 show only/$15 workshop & show, Non-members: $8 show only/$20 workshop & show.

New Studio!
It's more of an office space and is only big enough to make costumes in. There will not be any classes or dance studio space available. I will be making custom-made belly dance costumes as well as ready-to wear costume pieces, and I'll gradually have more information and photos on this website. Please note that there will not be any classes or dance studio space available. It's in the heart of Government Center, right across from the subway, overlooking City Hall Plaza, and will be open by appointment only.

Some *fun facts*:
TThis historic building, (the Hemenway Building) formerly housed the law office of Daniel Webster, as well as the famous gourmet food shop, S.S. Pierce--who sold such exotic items as pickled reindeer tongue! And on this site, stood the old Customs House, and before that, Ingersoll's Inn, where President George Washington stayed on a visit to Boston.
